While we are available for guidance from the moment you book, our active involvement begins 8 to 10 weeks prior to your event. During this time, we schedule 3 to 5 planning calls to gather all essential details and prepare thoroughly for your celebration.
From confirming logistics with all booked vendors to creating a customized, detailed timeline, we manage every aspect of the final planning phase. To further assist with preparation, we also arrange a venue walk-through with you in advance of the wedding.
The evening before your wedding, we facilitate a ceremony rehearsal of up to two hours to ensure you and your wedding party feel confident and prepared.
On the wedding day, your principal planner and lead coordinator will be by your side for up to eight hours to oversee and execute a seamless, stress-free experience for you and your guests.
